Managers
We pride ourselves on our Midwest work ethic. All of our onsite managers in each location are experienced Broadband employees placed by us to insure the quality standards you demand.
Equipment
All of our installation equipment is new and state of the art. We use Acterna MS-1300D signal level meters to insure proper signal readings. In addition, our tools and safety equipment are new and of the highest quality.
Vehicles
Broadband Installations has the highest vehicle quality standards for our technicians. It is important for us to portray a top notch image when representing your company. In many instances we will furnish our own fleet of new vehicles depending on the contract.
Employees and Contractors
Our employees and contractors are required to complete rigorous training and complete continuing education as part of their commitment to excellence.
Background checks and drug screening are required as part of our pre-employment screening for all employees and contractors.
All employees and contractors will have uniforms that meet your standards of cleanliness and representation. If required, they may also have your logo represented on the uniform.
Quality control standards
Our managers do quality control checks above and beyond your requirements to insure high completion rates and minimize trouble calls.
